We offer a 1-year warranty on all installation completed by my company, if you decide to utilize help of your choosing, I cannot warranty their work or anyone else’s work. If you decide to use a time and materials agreement, then you are responsible for ordering, delivering, keeping dry and clean, delays, returns, calls and transportation costs. If it is a bid, then I am responsible for the material extras, as always 10-15% needs to be added for cuts, breaks, and more than not there is set amounts you have to buy, plus it costs me time and money to return extras if it is possible, sometimes there is no return possible.
